2. Provide Photos:
Send us a clear picture of each window/door including the width and drop (height) measurements.

3. Choose Style:
Select the type of curtains or blinds you’d like for each window., add any specific instructions.

4. Free Quotation:
We’ll provide a free quotation based on your measurements and selections.

5. Final Measurement Confirmation:
Our team will confirm the final measurements before you place your order (confirmation via email).

6. Payment:
Full payment is required before your order is placed.

8. Order Policy:
Please note that orders are non-refundable once placed as it’s made to measure To confirm the order, please notify us via the email provided.

You have 48 hours from the date your order is confirmed to make any changes. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Please note that the estimated delivery timeframe for your order is 4–5 weeks.

Orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment.

We offer a 5-year warranty (charges may apply)

If a customer changes their mind after an order has been confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible. Customers have 48 hours from the time of confirmation to cancel their order.

Please note: Cancellations made after 48 hours are not eligible for a refund of the payment.
